“Time’s Up” – In So Many Ways: Plenary talk at the ESIP Winter 2018 Meeting

<p>•Collaboration at national, regional and international levels is essential – hyper-partnering, radical sharing;</p> <p>•Broad, open data policies must be further advanced to leverage existing and planned investments in Earth observations and geospatial data;</p> <p>•Tremendous accomplishments last 50 yrs with terrestrial observations from space; and</p> <p>•Progress in atmospheric observations could serve as a model for terrestrial observations, to achieve true Earth system modeling for societal benefit.</p>
