The TRUST Principles for Digital Repositories offer recommendations for improving the preparation and management of research data and other information resources for dissemination to scientific communities and the public. The trustworthiness of a network of data repositories will depend upon whether the data, each of the network nodes, and the network has earned the trust of the community served. A crosswalk between the TRUST Principles for Digital Repositories and the Group on Earth Observations (GEO) Data Management Principles is offered to provide practical approaches for improving the trustworthiness of data facilities.
