<div>Part of Getting things done... session about software tools for data management.</div><div><br></div>How we are using Jupyter Notebooks in the Northeast U.S. Shelf (NES) LTER for data management and engaging scientists and students with NES-LTER data (e.g., data analysis and visualization). <div><br></div><div>Notebooks help with data challenges when we do not wan to include specific fixes in our code library or we want to record the provenance for these specific data fixes. </div><div><br></div><div>Another example is to combine data from two sources such as ship-provided data and post-cruise analyses of samples.</div><div><br></div><div>Notebooks are useful for data visualization. </div>
