Modeling Live Fuel Moisture with MODIS Satellite Data (Los Angeles County, California USA)

Live Fuel Moisture (LFM) collected by fire agencies to assess wildfire risk was modeled using Vegetation Indices (VI) calculated with remotely sensed MODIS dataset. This poster was presented in July 2019 at the Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) Summer Meeting held in Tacoma Washington.
