posted on 2021-01-19, 15:04 authored by Alexis GarretsonTracking and tracing the usage of community and citizen science observational data is of interest to data contributors, data managers, project leaders, and land managers. These data can allow stakeholders to return scientific results to contributors and show the continued value of observational monitoring to funding bodies and management boards. Historically, tracing these data through the lifecycle has been challenging in context with large numbers of contributors. Columba is a platform in development to support the tracking and reporting of community science observational data usage. This poster was presented at the 2021 Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) Winter Meeting held virtually in January 2021.
