ICESat-2, a space-borne altimeter launched by NASA in 2018, has the ability to resolve the ground at sub-meter resolution. Using novel filtering techniques and data I/O, we are able to visualize bare-ground transects of heavily vegetated terrain. This presentation was given during the 2022 ESIP January meeting held virtually in January 2022.
