A Roadmap of Workforce Development for the NOAA Center for Artificial Intelligence

The poster provides an overview of the plan for the ongoing development of workforce training for the NOAA Center for AI, which is under its initial development phase. The roadmap outlines the development of an open science framework for a curated training material library through active community engagement. This poster was presented at the 2021 Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) Winter Meeting held virtually in January 2021.
